An audit will be conducted to confirm the furniture within the exhibit space matches a corresponding order and on-site charges will apply if furniture is present without an order on file. "How do I obtain the above for my booth?"

Please select your booth package based on booth size, and whether it is Apparel or Gift/Resort by clicking HERE and adding your selection to your cart. (If you would prefer, you can complete and return the the Booth Package Selection Form via email or fax.) In an effort to achieve an efficient move-in, we ask exhibitors to confirm your booth furnishings by Monday, January 6, 2025 or it will be presumed that you will require NO furnishings for your booth, and standard rates will apply at show site.


"My booth is bigger than a 10x40 - how do I obtain furnishings?"

Exhibitors with a booth size greater than 10x40, calculate the number of 10x10's your booth has to determine what it comes with. Following, please email us at es@gamutsvs.com with your furnishing choices and we will confirm the order for you. Example 10x50’s, 20x70’s, etc.

Shipments should arrive between Monday, December 16, 2024 and Friday, January 10, 2025

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, January 10, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening and will be subject to a 25% late fee. 

Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Gamut Event Services warehouse will be closed Tuesday, December 24, Wednesday, December 25, 2024 and Thursday, December 26, 2024  in observance of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas.

Please note that the Gamut Event Services warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W

Direct shipments will be accepted on Wednesday, January 22, 2025

Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility.

Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Ensure your driver has the following information to expedite unloading and delivery to your booth: Show Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth #.

  Outbound Shipping


All carriers (trucking companies) must check in at the Gamut Event Service Desk at the marshalling yard NO LATER THAN 6:00 PM ON MONDAY, JANUARY 27, 2025 for freight pick-up. If your carrier fails to check in, your freight will be re-consigned to the Official Show Carrier.

**IMPORTANT**: No outside carriers (trucking companies) will be allowed at the Colorado Convention Center unless they have checked in at the marshalling yard. The marshalling yard will open at 1:00pm on Monday, January 27, 2025. Please note the marshalling yard is for outside carriers only - POV's do NOT go to the marshalling yard and will come to the Colorado Convention Center.
