Shipments should arrive between Monday, April 13, 2026 and Monday, April 27, 2026
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, April 27, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening and will be subject to a 25% late fee.
Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Please print the advance shipment labels for each item or pallet arriving to the warehouse. For labels, click here or go to the "Shipping/ Material Handling" in the top subheader menu.
Please note that the Gamut Event Services warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W
*Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

Due to limited space at Southern California Hotels, there will be no direct-to-show site receiving.
Please ship your freight to the Advanced Warehouse.
**Any freight arriving direct to the show will incur a surcharge.**
