10’x10’ Booth Package *Unfurnished Booth:

  • 8’ High Backwall / 8’ High Side Rail in Black
    • Corner booths do not get side drape
    • Island booths do not get drape & must request in advance

  • 400lbs. of Advance or Showsite Freight only (weights cannot be combined)
    • 401 lbs. + subject to material handling fees
    • Example:  Material Handling Cost Calculation:
      • Total freight weight: 630 lbs
      • Booth space: 10x10
      • Freight allotment included with booth: 400 lbs
      • Overage: 630 lbs – 400 lbs = 230 lbs
      • Material handling charge:
        230 lbs × $1.43 = $328 *based on advanced crated/skidded shipping
  • POV - Two (2) Round Trip Cartload Services *Please note these must be ordered in advance. Click HERE to reserve!
    • Freight must not exceed 250 lbs. or it will be classified as Showsite Freight.
    • Round Trip consists from the dock to the booth and the booth to the dock
    • Charge of $70 Inbound/$120 Outbound will be applied thereafter allotment to exhibitor 
  • Wi-Fi: Each exhibiting group will be provided with one complimentary WiFi username/password for order writing in the expo hall. Additional WiFi username/password combinations can be purchased through Smart City (see Internet/WiFi under “Other Services” near the top of the page or click here.)

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Notice

Any exhibitor utilizing an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor must submit a completed EAC form by the published deadline. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure their EAC receives all required forms, rules, and show regulations. EACs may not perform work on the show floor until all required documentation has been submitted and approved.

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, May 4, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening and will be subject to a 25% late fee based on the advanced material handling rate.

Direct Shipment to Facility

Direct shipments will be accepted on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 and Wednesday, May 13, 2026.

Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Ensure your driver has the following information to expedite unloading and delivery to your booth: Show Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth #.
