  • Corner booths do not get side drape

• One (1) ID Sign with exhibitor name and booth number
• Includes 400lbs. only drayage per 10' x 10' booth
  • Advanced Warehouse or Direct-to-Showsite
  • 401 lbs. + subject to material handling fees
  • Example:  Material Handling Cost Calculation:
    • Total freight weight: 630 lbs
    • Booth space: 10x10
    • Freight allotment included with booth: 400 lbs
    • Overage: 630 lbs – 400 lbs = 230 lbs
    • Material handling charge:
      230 lbs × $1.43 = $328 *based on advanced crated/skidded shipping
• Includes Two (2) Round Trip Cartload Services for Privately Owned Vehicles (POV's) - please note these must be ordered in advance. Click HERE to reserve!
  • Additional cartload service will be billed at $270 round trip. *One-way rate not offered. 
• Wi-Fi: Each exhibiting group will be provided with one complimentary WiFi username/password for order writing in the expo hall. Additional WiFi username/password combinations can be purchased through Smart City (see Internet/WiFi under “Other Services” near the top of the page or click here.)

If you will be using an EAC to assist with your booth build, please complete and return the EAC packet by or before the deadline date of Friday, May 23, 2025 so they may be authorized to work on the show floor.

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, May 4, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening and will be subject to a 25% late fee.

Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
