Getting Ready For Attendees
WestEdge 2026 has partnered with Gamut Event Services to provide Advance Warehouse Shipping services for this year’s event!
To ensure your materials are received and processed efficiently, please review the important details below regarding rates, deadlines, shipping instructions, and handling procedures:
The Advance Warehouse rate for crated, palletized cargo is $45.00 per 100 lbs. with a 200 lb. minimum
The earliest date for arrival is Monday, September 28th.
Cargo arriving before this date will incur storage charges equal to 25% of the total amount.
Trucking Bill of Lading must be consigned as follows:

Shipments are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
All pieces must be clearly labeled with the show name, exhibitor name, and booth number.
Advance shipping labels can be downloaded here via our Gamut Event Services online ordering platform.
Once your freight is received and weighed at the warehouse, your account will be updated online and charged to the credit card on file.
All freight will be delivered with a zero balance. Any open balance related to advance material handling must be paid prior to release of your freight.
