*All custom inquiries need to be received at least 4 weeks before move-in. Requests received after this deadline will incur additional rush fees if they can still be produced.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)

If you will be using an EAC to assist with your booth build, please complete and return the EAC packet by or before the deadline date of Thursday, September 30, 2026 so they may be authorized to work on the show floor.

Shipment Window: Shipments should arrive between Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and Monday, October 19, 2026.

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, October 19, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening and will be subject to a 25% late fee.

Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Please print the advance shipment labels for each item or pallet arriving to the warehouse. For labels, click here or go to the Shipping/Material Handling section in the top subheader menu.

Please note that the Gamut Event Services warehouse does not accept uncrated freight, including loose or pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery, COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds, or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.

Direct Shipment to Facility: Direct shipments will be accepted on Friday, October 30, 2026.

Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility.

Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Ensure your driver has the following information to expedite unloading and delivery to your booth: Show Name, Exhibitor Name, Booth #.
