SUN. AUG. 23, 2026	8:00AM - 6:00PM (Soft Close)	Those in the exhibit hall at the end of the official posted time may remain to finish work in progress until it is time to clear the hall at (TBD). For security reasons, once you leave the hall after posted time, you cannot return.
MON. AUG. 24, 2026	8:00AM - 6:00PM (Hard Close)	**Exhibitors arriving after the posted move-in hours will not be allowed into the exhibit hall and must return the next morning.

If you will be using an EAC to assist with your booth build, please complete and return the EAC packet by or before the deadline date of Friday, August , 2027 so they may be authorized to work on the show floor.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Friday, July 24, 2026 and Thursday, August 13, 2026

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Thursday, August 13, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening and will be subject to a 25% late fee.

Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Please note that the Gamut Event Services warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W

Direct shipments will be accepted on Sunday, August 23, 2026

Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility.

Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
