Shipment Window: Shipments should arrive between Friday, September 4, 2026 and Monday, September 28, 2026.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee based on the advanced material handling rate.

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, September 28, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight.
