Blood Centers of America (BCA) is the largest blood supply network in the United States, comprising over 60 independent community blood centers that collectively distribute approximately 50% of the nation’s blood supply
BCA supports member organizations through supply chain solutions, donor recruitment, advocacy, disaster response, and purchasing power. In addition to providing whole blood, red blood cells, platelets, plasma, cells, and tissues for therapeutic, diagnostic, research, and advanced therapy applications, BCA and its network are engaged in the development and delivery of advanced therapies including cell and gene therapy starting materials, processing, and manufacturing. BCA actively mobilizes resources in response to national emergencies, pandemics, and technological advances in donor experience and biotherapeutics.

Shipments should arrive between Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and Friday, May 8, 2026

Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, May 8, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening and will be subject to a 25% late fee based on the advanced material handling rate.

Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Please print the advance shipment labels for each item or pallet arriving to the warehouse. For labels, click here or go to the "Shipping/ Material Handling" in the top subheader menu.

Please note that the Gamut Event Services warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W
