*Booth package equipment does not have a trade-in value, meaning NO SUBSTITUTION. If you would like different furnishings for your booth, those furnishings must be ordered.

Privately Owned Vehicles - Exhibitors using POV's to bring in materials, must enter through the loading docks at The Expo at World Market Center. Upon arriving you will be directed by a dock staff who will direct you to a dock space, there may be a wait until space is available for you to unload. For this event you are able to unload and move your materials on your own. You may not use a forklift, electric pallet jack, or manualpallet jack. Gamut Event Services will provide CART LOAD service for a fee as an option.

Only cart load service is available on site during move-in and move-out.

For cartload rates, please review the Cartload Service in the menu under "Order Services" >> "Material Handling".

Gamut will provide complimentary flat carts for exhibitor use during move-in near the service desk in limited qualities. ID will must be surrendered as a deposit. Please note they are first come first serve, so feel free to bring your own to avoid delays in moving your freight in. Gamut accepts no responsibility for damage to property or person while exhibitor use with equipment.

JOGS International has made arrangements for exhibitor freight to be delivered via GSL, experts in gem and mineral shipping. Freight will be delivered directly to your booth via GSL. Please contact Julia directly via email address Gslforwarding@gmail.com for pallet and freight shipping (does not include small packages).
